To say Frank loves growing cannabis would be an understatement. For the last 22 years Frank has been cultivating cannabis using varying techniques across the United States. It is his mission to advance this industry through efficient gardening techniques, organic cultivation practices and streamlined equipment designs. Frank founded Brighterside Consulting in 2010 from Denver, Colorado, where he focused on developing standard operating procedures and building indoor cultivations. This experience led to the development of Brighterside’s vertical farming systems and other products that enable cultivations to become more profitable. When Frank is not in the garden (which is rare), he enjoys hunting for cannabis genetics to continue the preservation of this plant.

Lyndsey is our operations specialist. She is hands-on through Brighterside’s product development, cultivation schematic designs, and she oversees workflow programming in our consulting department. Lyndsey is a founding member of Sea of Healing – Organic Hemp Topicals, Ya Mar Farms, and Brighterside Consulting. Her experience and passion for cultivating cannabis has been a driving factor towards creating technological advancement within this industry. From Lyndsey: “There is nothing greater than seeing a client become successful based on a cultivation design you’ve created.”

Stephen is our outdoor enthusiast and an all-around problem solver. With over 30 years of experience in project design, Stephen joined Brighterside Vertical Farms in 2013. He develops initial concept sketches, prototype layouts and oversees all project installations. Stephen is a licensed architect who continues to advance his education through continued educational courses in greenhouse development, aquaculture and hydroponics. Stephen’s ability to transition from initial design to the work site allows him to become a seamless project manager for Brighterside clients.

As a board member, Patrick focuses on Brighterside’s brand growth, product positioning and team building. He has a stellar track record of passionate leadership, analytical rigor and precision execution that has consistently driven business growth. Patrick is an enthusiastic business leader with a diverse range of Consumer Product Goods experiences in top-tier organizations. In his spare time, Patrick is climbing mountains and hitting the ski slopes.
